Joel Niederberger
Dr. Mohammad Barakat
Dr. Mohammad Barakat is a management scientist, a corporate strategist and a techno-commercial manager with more than 30years of multinational business experience. His areas of expertise include corporate strategy, human capital, corporate development, international business development, and anti-money laundering, anti-terrorist financing, and financial crime compliance.
Dr. Barakat has held several positions of responsibility with prestigious international and regional employers, including the U.S. Department of State, the United Nations, Orange, Al Imtiaz Investment, and advisory positions with several regional organizations and members of the ruling families in Kuwait and the United Arab Emirates.
Prior to focusing on consulting, Dr. Barakat chaired and served on the advisory boards of several startups in the Gulf region. Dr. Barakat has guest lectured at the Australian College of Kuwait and has his sights set on projects in education, social policy, and economic research, among others.
Dr. Barakat's advanced degrees include a master's degree, summa cum laude, in International Business Management from Nixon University, a doctorate, summa cum laude, in Organizational Development from Madison Hills University, and a doctorate, summa cum laude, in Managerial Science , Atlanta University. He is also a Certified Anti-Money Laundering and Financial Crime Prevention Expert and an AMLFC Institute International Trainer (CAMLFC).
